Returns

Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Highway Robbery artwork. Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be in perfect, resalable condition: unused, unframed, and in its original packaging and protective shipping materials. Art that has been hung, displayed, framed, or damaged cannot be accepted.

Due to the custom and original nature of our work, the following are explicitly non-returnable:

  • Original, one-of-a-kind pencil drawings
  • Commissioned or custom-made artwork
  • Any digital print that has been removed from its sealed packaging or shows signs of handling

To complete your return, we require your original order number or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your artwork back to us without first contacting our team. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm its arrival and the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as refunds often require a brief processing period.
  3. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at notwhatyouthinkink@gmail.com

Sale or final sale items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for return. Art purchased during a sale or marked as “Final Sale” is non-refundable.

Exchanges

We can only replace an item if it arrives defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us immediately at notwhatyouthinkink@gmail.com with your order number and details.

If you wish to exchange for a different print, the return must be completed within the standard 14-day window and a new order placed.

Gifts

If the artwork was purchased as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser. We will notify the gift giver of any return activity.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you must first contact us at notwhatyouthinkink@gmail.com to receive a Return Authorization and instructions.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item. Original shipping fees and any return shipping costs are non-refundable.
